RETURN POLICY

CLAIMS WITHOUT PHOTOS OR OTHER PROOF WILL BE DENIED

  • to be eligible for refunds you must email us within 24 hours of package delivery with photos of the box and plants. Past the 24-hour window, the plant is now in your care and we will provide tips and advice to care for your plants at any point in the care process but outside of the refund window.

  • New/baby leaves are very susceptible to stress due to shipping and can fall off. This is a reasonable part of shipping and will not be covered in refunds.

  • Minimal cosmetic damage and some leaf loss, yellowing with larger established plants can occur due to stress from shipping. Depending on the percentage of the plant that is damaged we may or may not refund.

SHIPPING

Shipping prices are subject to change depending on time of year and weather conditions. All shippments go out on Monday USPS or UPS depend on size of order and location. If different day is needed, or holds please reach out to eve.reichmann@bigshouldersnursery.com for accomidations.
